I would like to add rarting functionality to a jamit site.

'Employers' would be able to rate 'Candidates', I have found various PHP rating scripts. Has anyone done this before?

How would it work?

I have 20 categories, 'Employers' would be able to rate 'Candidates' on each of their categories. Ratings would need to be reviewed by site administrator.

Any ideas? Many thanks
