I'm importing some jobs to my board from the local unemployment office. It has the standard 'title', 'description', 'link', etc. I want to make the link clickable. Or, I want to be able to put the link into the description towards the end... and make it clickable. When I say clickable I mean you would have something like this... <a href="%LINK%">Apply Here</a>

I tried the last part in the XML Schema where it says you can hard code data. But, it didn't work it just outputed it as this text <a href="departmentoflabor.com/job/joblisting.html">Apply Here</a>

Any ideas?

Thanks
Steve
