Here are some upgrades I would like to see once we find a developer. I don't know what needs to be done on the DB side but I am sure Jamit needs a all around facelift?

Wants:

1. Promotions, coupon code and trial capability in packages.
2. Face Book and Linkedin log on and integration.
3. Apply button edit to url option
4. Easy update from previous jamit versions
5. File editor
6. Resume uploader fix more user friendly
7. paid banner advertisement system incorporated into site payment system.
8. Sitemap.
9. Easy SSL setup.
10. Better user management ability to delete based on activity and subscription.
11. built in mobile template theme.
12. Anti post harvesting better post theft protection.
13. Better Job Imports. (XML/Job Wrapper)
14. HTML News Letter
15. Sitemap (Is already available)
16. Better Job Search implementation with Multiple field search.
17. Job Search URL rewrite.
18. Ability for Job seekers to Apply Via Mobile theme.
19. Facebook/Google Login/Registration Integration.
20. May be Linked in Profile /resume registration???

These are really good points, I just want to add few things that we need:

1. Better Job Imports. (XML/Job Wrapper)
2. HTML News Letter
3. Sitemap (Is already available)
4. Better Job Search implementation with Multiple field search.
5. Job Search URL rewrite.

Maybe more, let us add these agree points to the main thread on top.

I am in contact with a developer to continue jamit as we speak. I directed him here to read the threads and take a look at the latest jamit version. I will keep everyone updated.

That is really good start, are there any other Jamit users who are interested to join in this development?

What exactly is needed from each person? it is better we have a price fixed with the developer and then decide the share per person?

I would also prefer getting a quote from a developer before deciding what it is worth. How can you commit a set amount without knowing what you are getting for your money? I will be happy to get involved once I know what is on offer.

David, i set my own money based on the minimal cost of migrating from jamit to another platform and the requested features and bugs fixes. the number of persons who run jamit for serious business is very limited .regarding the a quota i will contact him and asking an offer

i will keep you all updated

I think we need to go back, where we started it, Let us find a developer who can fix the above mentioned and tightened the security along with making it compatible with future php version such PHP5.4
