unable to Edit Job description in FCK editor


We are using Using Jamit Version 3.4.8

When we are using IE or Chrome to edit job description, but not able to edit using FCK editor. Can you please let us know why this could be happening?

Questions

-How can we edit using FCK editor?
-We are able to edit in Firefox but IE and Chrome are not working.

Could this be due to old version of FCK editor. Would like to confirm? Please share your experience in this matter at the earliest.
