Spam being sent from my account
«

Hey guys,
I have been receiving complaints lately of spam being received from my site. It seems to all be from one email account. What is the best method to track this down.
I had this problem before with another email address and managed to sort it out (probably temporarily) by removing that email account. The problem is that this time it is my primary account.
Would it be code injected into my site or could it be directly related to the email address?
Anybody experienced this sort of thing before? Would appreciate your and help and suggestions - thanks.
Dave.

Please try below options
1) Sign up with sucuri.net --> They are great at removing hack code
2) Enable Config Server Firewall on your server --> This will email you suspicious alerts from your site
3) Also, Sign up with cloudflare.com --> They will external firewall
Let us know how your investigation goes

You need to thoroughly investigate the source of email once you identify this try to resolve the problem, if it is code injection search for the files usually the code is encrypted and injected, make sure you have proper file/folder permissions.
