Is it possible to add another field like Phone Number?
We want to use this as an additional contact for Job Seekers about their accounts.

Hi look in your admin in Customize Forms > Employers sign up and Add a new field using the option.

Is better you read documentation and look for knowledge base. It has a lot of information.
