a few questions from a new user

hello i'm a new user for this great software i have some questions please if some one could assest

1- how do i place a login box for the employer on the homepage and what should be done ?

2 - can i hide contact information for both employer and candidate from each other where i the admin will be the link between the two ?

As a fellow novice in writing code I would recommend getting a PHP Editor I got one this weekend and find what used to take me a day of searching now takes me 15 minutes. It should be mandatory for anyone who wants to consider modifying their web site.
