search operators

Hi

I have several "Multiple select" fields in my jobsite and all are included on the search page however if you select 3 options the search is "or" ie if you select a,b,and c if a,
or b or c is in the target it will be shown in the results is it  possible to make the search AND ie a,and b and c
not sure if this would have to be one in JB or the mysql DB
