I have moved jamit sites from one domain to another.

1 - I download all files
2 - I download database

3 - I use a program (online) called actual search and replace, and replace allinstances of www.domainname.com and then just domainname.com.

4 - I replace Site Name wtih New Site Name.

The above is done to both files and database.

Then I upload fils and database to new doman, fix file permissions and make sure everything works... and it always does.

I made the change exactly as attrell did and it works fine. Just make sure you do the find and replace. If you don't then a person clicking on a link on your new site might
be redirected to your old site.

Don't forget to ask permission. I'm sure Adam wouldn't mind but you are licensed for a specific domain name. I've switched domains also (as mentioned) but I gave Adam
a chance to approve it.
