Help with CSS coding for IE

Hi,

I am looking for someone to have a look at the CSS code for IE. The site looks great in CHrome, Safari, Firefox however in IE the footer does not line up correctly on the home page and on other pages it is not centred.

I cannot work out the issue and I need a professional on this, this would be a very simple job for someone with coding experience.
