Installation has been running fine for over a year, but the backend has now stopped working correctly

when you login, you get continually asked to login again

logging in as admin shows you the main pane but not the navigation and nothing works

You should send this to Jamit Support. Follow the below link and submit a new ticket. Mark it as "urgent" or even "critical" to ensure you get a quick response.

Possibility of your browser setting may raise this problem not letting the login session last longer. May be try another browser and/or another computer and see how it works. If you still see the same issue Open a support ticket as suggested by Compudave.
