Any news when 3.6.11 will come out and fix all the bugs we are seeing, at least since 3.6.8?

well i'm still on 3.5.7 waiting for my support and as far as I remember there was no bug free release since 3.5.7. I still don't dare to upgrade.

Well, hope we have. I don't know if Adam is still working on this project or not. Does not seem like.

Adam is currently working on 3.6.11 which will be released soon. Hopefully this will address the remaining bugs in 3.6.x.

Afraid not. All Adam said was "soon". Will try follow up and see what he says.

I'm really not happy with the support. There is no support, no answers on E-mails, no hints, no solutions. What's wrong?

Since Adam alone managing this thing, that is why he created forum, to offer a place for user to user support.

Should the user find solutions for all the bugs? Is that what we have to understand now?

Yes this is normal for a support forum. But the support to the JB itself is not a support the user has needed. I think this is why a lot of users are very unhappy with the situation.
