Hi!

   Does anyone know out there how to send the candidate's photo in the resume alert?

Not sure if that would be possible. If the resume link could be made to work then I would be happy.

It should be possible because Employers can get a resume link to the JobSeekers Profile by Email. Why should it not be possible to get a second URL with reference to the first photo in an Email?

employer get a link to the resume ? not in my case - how do i link the resume alert links to the resume ? here is my email template setting -

%RESUME_ALERTS% : The following line will be iterated to produce the list of matching resumes in the %RESUME_ALERTS%

<font face='arial' size='2'>%SPECIALISATION_Profile% - %RESUME_NAME% - %WORK_EXP_YEARS% - %Institute_Name% </font>
