Is any one hosting Jamit on Virtual/Dedicated Hosting ?

Currently I have shared PRO account at bluehost.com but sometimes website is too slow or down for few hours. I have about 3000 visitors per day, 400 unique visitors, 10 job posts, 10-20 candidates join every day which means It doesn't have high traffic but still it is slow sometimes.  I would like more stable and faster hosting - can you please suggest if Virtual or Dedicated hosting is better? and recommend any hosting providers?

Thanks a lot for your help

On the side note, ADAM - JAMIT is GREAT, I will donate, Please don't stop working on JAMIT.

Shared hosting is always slow, as jamit needs some resources to run, it is better now you go for a Virtual Dedicated server.
maybe u can try http://www.serverbeach.com/virtual-servers

Thanks Imran. I am considering http://www.servint.net/vps.php - Is any one using servint.net? Does any one have any feedback on them?

I use a local hosting provider which is always best but for international hosting I would suggest you take a look at GoDaddy.com. They have some of the best hosting solutions available.

I benefited so much from this forum, I decided to share my experience with the whole process - it was painful and took me almost 14 days to sort out some of the stuff

- I tried both HostGator and ServInt - ServInt (Essential VPS) is the best because the support staff is knowledge and will go beyond there way to help out. HostGator stuff are bookish and will charge you for any extra help
- I tried both http://sucuri.net/ and SiteLock - Sucuri is the best, they only charge $89 for whole year and support stuff is excellent. SiteLock charges $200 for one time clean up. Guys, please have sucuri for malware and hacker protection. One of my site was hacked and it took me a month of pain to figure out how to get out malware.
- For daily backups - I am using http://www.site-vault.com/ - this is pretty cheap and solves the purpose but it doesn't do full Cpanel backup.  I am looking for a reliable automated Full Cpanel backup - Any suggestions is greatly appreciated.
