Is there a way to configure job postings so that no contact email is shown, only a contact button to send to an email address? Employers are being turned off since they have to show an email address and prefer not to show whether it's an employer, agency, etc.

Problem is worse than I thought - if you search email addresses, search engines apparently are onto the "at" image graphic.

Hi there.

You can go to Adm ----> Customize Forms ----> Posting Form.  Then you edit your 'email field'. After that you have to check the parameter  Is hidden from website?. The email will not be shown in the website.

It is the only way I know to hide the email from the website. I hope it helps.

Sergio.

It would be good to be able to hide the whole section (contact details) from the website.

Serigo - thanks for giving the answer!
CompuDave - sounds like a custom job and could be done in only a few lines of code by modifying the template. Some hints: The template has view and edit modes, and its just a question of comparing the mode to determine if the jb_display_form() function is to be called or not. You could ask in the forum if any developer can help, or contact our solution partners http://www.jamit.com/solution-partners.htm
