Hi,

Has anyone here figured out a way of deleting, or masking, email addresses that are shown in the job description area?

I want to eliminate these being displayed, for a number of reasons:

- to eliminate spam email harvesting
- to force users to use the apply now button
- to make candidates register and create a profile in order to apply for jobs.
- to allow employers to know when an application comes directly from my jobs board.

It seems to me, that this functionallity should be an integral part of the software.

Anton

Yes, you can hide this from the site. Go to Admin > Customize Forms > Posting Form. Here you need to click on the Edit Fields tab found at the top of the page and then edit the Email field by clicking on the little notepad icon next to the field. Then, in the right column, select "Is hidden from website."
