Hi all,

At my jamit site (with Nashton skin) it is posslible for employers to download resumes.

All resumes downloader are corrupt ? docx, doc, wps, it all goes wrong. Except .pdf files. Those look normal.

When i download the resumes directly from our webserver, there are no problems at all.

in all resumes i see the following:

ÐÏ à¡± á                >   þÿ                                        þÿÿÿ            ÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿýÿÿÿþÿÿÿþÿÿÿ

Ok, i really don't have a clue..:-)

What do you mean by checking headers?

It's hosted on our own dedicated server with win2003/apache/php/mysql.

May be this can be related to Windows HTTP server settings? It is better if you could use *nix based server.

Try to uncheck ‘Use slash arguments’ setting on the Server --> HTTP --> admin page.

Also Check your config file if it has any extra space??? If it has any extra space make sure you remove that.

Perhaps, but i run apache on win2003 server. there is no use slash arguments setting.

the dl.ph has no white space, config files neither.

I'm completely lost...pdf, txt it all works fine

.doc, .docx are the only files who look corrupted.

Can you check and post what is the folder and directory permissions of upload_files folder and dl.php and contents of upload_files folder, you can also check the permissions:

- config.php must be writeable. (chmod 666)

Directories:

- upload_files/docs/ must be writeable. (chmod 777)
- upload_files/docs/temp/ must be writeable. (chmod 777)
- upload_files/images/ must be writeable. (chmod 777)
- upload_files/images/thumbs/ must be writeable. (chmod 777)
