PROBLEMS WITH A PLUGIN? Please READ!

It may happen that you encounter a problem with a plugin. PLEASE follow these steps so you receive assistance and your problem is quickly resolved:

1.) ALWAYS use the latest version of a plugin. Some plugins are being updated daily. Having the most recent version of a plugin may resolve your problem. (Do not proceed to step number 2 unless you install the latest version.)

2.) Post the detailed description of your problem on this Forum in the appropriate category. Other users may be able to assist you faster than the author of the plugin. A community of users have collective knowledge and experience, which is bigger than that of an individual. Other users will also benefit from your experience and will be able to resolve identical problems.
