Very nice clean theme Vince. Be nice to have log in for employers identical to the jobseeker log in on the home page. More functional and symmetrical.
Would also like to see jobseeker and employer login pages (all templates) be made to look the same. Possibly just me but I think the small things matter.
Some more color options would be good too.
Best of luck with this theme, it is great.
