Is there any trick to figuring out which theme template handles a particular part of a page?

For example, are there any theme templates for /myjobs/browse.php ?

How would a theme developer know how to locate the templates for a particular part of a page?  Is there a naming convention?  That is, a predictable relationship between the the name of a file (browse.php) and its associated theme template?  Or else, a predictable relationship between the name of a hook and an associated theme template?

Thank you,
Ryan
