Remove posting credits on employers/credits.php

I think it would be very useful for there to be an easier way to remove an order (credits) before it is posted on the employers/credits.php page.

For example, when someone selects a posting credit option and then clicks the "place order" button it'll show a new box that says "Recent Orders" and right now all you can do is "confirm" the order. It would be great for there to be a "remove" link there also. Same with if they do happen to click "confirm" the next page should also give them the same choice of final confirming or removing or cancelling it.

I'm aware that you can already cancel a payment, but it would be better if you could simply remove credits even before that page.
