10 days no any reply for support ticket. No more support?

The word "developers" usually refers to people who are not employees of Jamit. It is not the job of "developers" to handle support tickets.

Jamit support tickets are being handled by Jamit.

Post moderated. Is this question now ok?
Sorry for misunderstanding, English is not my native language, and for me nevermind who are responsible for ticket's reply - developers, Jamit or somebody else. Important is as I sad - no any reply from any side. And I hope the idea of my post is clear - and now and before post's moderation.
So, who knows what a problem with support is?

Please be patient. It has been only 3 days since you filed your ticket. And the weekend was just yesterday. I am sure Adam will follow up on your ticket very soon!

But, if you will read carefully my first post again, you will see - my unanswered ticket was made 10 days ago. For this reason I made picture as attachment with unanswered tickets for 18 and 27 Sept. So, today is 28 Sept, first ticket was made at 18 Sept, 28-18=10, usually, 10 not mean 3.  Wink
I have no any other choice - only to be a patient, as you sad, and I’ll wait for something... Will see what will be.

More than two weeks no any reply from support by tickets request, no reply by e-mail … Something wrong with support here?…
