Error codes on Jobseeker section --- Help me please!

When a jobseeker tries to upload a resume, the following errors happen
Fatal error: Call to undefined function JB_load_resume_values() in /home/overseas/www/www/myjobs/edit.php on line 100

The follwing errors occur when they try to udpate their resume

Fatal error: Call to undefined function JB_load_resume_values() in /home/overseas/www/www/myjobs/edit.php on line 109

View reusme shows the following errors
Fatal error: Call to undefined function JB_load_resume_values() in /home/overseas/www/www/myjobs/resume.php on line 176


When trying to singup as a jobseeker this is the screen you see. below (This is the wrong screen)
Announce your availability to employers, post your resume, receive daily job alerts and more!

Any help on how to fix this will help.

Hi, did you upload all your files properly?
Re-upload all the files and make sure upload them in Binary mode for images and ASCII for Files...
There seems to be a missing link to JB_load_resume_values().

This could be due to files not being uploaded properly.
